12(20+5) = 240 + 60 = 300, yes, 300 periods to pay and what is out period interest rate? 5% is a yearly rate

so our compounding rate is 1 + .05/12 per period

so working the formula, mine at least P = Bk^n(1-k)/(1-k^n) = 200000(1+.05/12)^(300)(1-(1+.05/12))/(1-(1+.05/12)^(300)) and what is the resutls?
