There are nine men and ten women in a club; in how many ways can a committee of four be formed to include at most 2 women? please help me im having so many issues with this assignment, message me if you can help me with the 10 problems i cant figure out but this is the first.

at most two women means zero women \(\binom{9}{4}\) or one woman , three men \(\binom{9}{3}\binom{10}{1}\) or two women two men \(\binom{9}{2}\binom{10}{2}\)
