My guess would be Kr by virtue of its size. Kr is the largest atom of all your options because it contains the most energy shells. This means the outermost electrons are most shielded by the Kr nucleus, making them relatively more weakly attracted to the Kr nucleus and thus more likely to become involved in bonds with other atoms.
