Well this is a chart that lists an acid and its conjugate base, and the equilibrium equation for each. What exactly don't you understand about this chart?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Conjugate base is the substance that gain a proton, in order to cancel out their given charge into a neutral state. HSO4- is a conjugate base, because it gains a proton or hydrogen to cancel out the negative charge to form the neutral substance H2SO4. Conjugate acid is the substance formed when a neutral substance loses a proton or hydrogen to become charged. H2SO4 will be the required one, because it will lose a proton/hydrogen to form a charged substance or HSO4-.
