Solving a complicated buffer problem....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If the buffer capacity for a system was defined as resisting a change in pH of 0.10 increments or less, what volume (in mL) of a 0.0670 M solution of sodium hydroxide could be added to an aqueous buffer made by combining 34.84 mL of a 0.3788 M sodium acetate with 47.35 mL of a 0.4312 M solution of acetic acid to achieve a final pH of 0.10 increments above the pKa of the acid?

How would I even attempt to solve this?
