help?? Describe where to look on the Periodic Table to find elements which have similar reactivity and other properties. Name three elements that have those similarities

OpenStudy (kaibaseto):

The periodic table is classied in groups or the vertical colums of the group. The groups are classified with their reactivity such as the Alkali Metals or the Halogens group. The reactivity is determined by their valence Electrons. For example the Alkali Metals have a higher reactivity because they just need to lose one valence electron for a valence electron shell. Another would be the Halogens, because they need one more valence electron to complete the shell. Alkali Metals: Lithium, Sodium, Potassium Halogens: Fluorine, Chlorine, Bromine
