its not B, look at the graph, it clearly does not stay the same it increases. If an animal that is normal hunted by a predator and its population is maintained by this predation, what do you think would have if all of the sudden they stopped being hunted? or the population of their predator decreased. That's what youre looking at.
Actually, I believe it is C, because as the predator levels dropped, the prey levels rose
Well it increases a little but not that much
the dotted line is the prey and the solid line is the predator.
that big spike in the prey population (dotted line) corresponds with the decrease in predators (solid line), notice how the dotted line comes back down as the solid line begins to increase again?
But doesnt the dotted line increase like...a little?
it increases from the bottom of the graph to near the top of it, relatively speaking thats a significant increase.
