How does concentration effect equilibrium according to Le Chatelier's principle?

The way I see it is that: If the Concentration of A Increases, the equilibrium will shift to the side with the smallest concentration of A. If the Concentration of A Decreases, the equilibrium will shift to the side with the highest concentration of A. Is this correct or?

Almost. If the concentration of A increases, the equilibrium will shift to the side of the reaction which consumes some of the A, (the side where A reacts to form something else) to offset the stress. etc. ...
