The particle emitted in your example carries a negative charge. Do you know which one it is?
I do not @ghuczek
It is called a beta particle. Once it is emitted it looks like an electron that is travelling very quickly.
How did you determine which type of radioactive emission it was?? And does that mean it is beta decay??

It is beta decay. You can tell by looking at the particle emitted:\[\color{green}{^{~~~0}_{-1}e \text{ is a } \beta \text{ particle} \\ ^4_2He \text{ is an } \alpha \text{ particle}}\]
