A 100mL, 0.10 solution of H2CO3 is titrated with 0.05M solution of NaOH. Calculate the pH at the second equivalence point.

So the first part of the answer says that the second equivalnce point occurs when 0.02 mol NaO. Have been added. Which correlates to 400mL of NaOH. How did they get this?
