consider this equilibrium: N2(g)+3H2(g)<-->2NH3(g)+energy Certain conditions provide less than 10% yield of NH3 at equilibrium. Which statement describes this equilibrium? The Keq is large and the products are favored The Keq is small and the products are favored The keq is large and the reactants are favored The keq is small and the reactants are favored The conditions of the reaction must be known to answer the question

OpenStudy (nechirwan):

The keq is small and the reactants are favored Because if the reactants were favored, there would be little NH3 AND the Keq needs to be small because it's products over reactants so if the there are less products at equilibrium that means Keq is small.
