equilibrium is reached when the concentrations of the reactants and products stop changing over time. because you have a graph of concentration vs. time, you can look at the \(slopes\) of the lines, and see that the concentrations are still changing at 6 seconds
So it's 12 seconds?

Ahh the answer was 8!!!
it looks to me like the concentrations are still changing at 8s, but the general idea is still correct
