W = 2068 lbs The sum of forces in the y-direc are the component of the weight in the y and the normal force: The sum of the forces in the y is 0 because the car is not sinking or floating F_y = F_Normal - W*cos(12) F_Normal = 2068 *cos(12) = 2023 lbs. ---this is the force the car exerts on the driveway.
