Well all these choices are perfect squares...so we only want odd here so 4 is out Now...we can see 9 is divisible by 3 we can see that 81 is divisible by 3 is 25 divisible by 3?

Right the square root of 25 is 5 which is definitely not a multiple of 3...and that would be your counterexample!
