Hey dude! so to read this diagram you need to look at the temperature, the phase transition occurs when energy is transferred (absorbed or released) without a change in temp. Here they just want to you to recognize this, as well as know the names for the transitions. Take water for example, it freezes/melts at 0 celsius and vaporizes/condenses at 100 celsius.|dw:1434730415541:dw|
