first you have to change ice at 0C to water at 0 C heat energy=mass*latent heat of fusion=M*L heat energy required to convert water at 0 C to water at100 C=m*s*t heat energy required to convert water at 100 C to steam at 100 C=M*L (here L is latent heat of vaporisation ) add the three ,you get the solution.
