you have to subtract the partial pressure of water at that temp and pressure, use the residual pressure (i.e. propane's partial pressure) in the ideal gas law

Write down everything you've got, meaning all the information they give you in the problem. For example, pressure, volume, etc., Then, see what you need to solve for and take it from there.

Total pressure = pressure total*mole fraction of gas A+pressure total*mole fraction of gas B.... ( ) From my understanding this says that if you know how many moles of each gas you have in a container then the pressure exerted by each gas is equivalent to the total pressure times the mole fraction of that particular gas. Mole fraction is just the number of moles of your gas over the total number of moles.
