where did you got that equation? something doesnt looks fine, you have Fe in one side and ZnCl in the other, or you have to add Fe in the other side and ZnCl in the reactants Fe + ZnCl +CH3COOH -> ZnCl + CH3COOH + Fe then balance the mass
