The order in your rate law is always your products raised to the power of the stiochiometic coefficient that appears in the balanced chemical formula.

You have NO2 and F2 so the rate would be: Because there's 2 moles of NO2 in our equation we raise it to the second power. And there's a 1 in F we raise that to the first power so the rate law is below . r= k[NO2]^2[F2] This would be a third order reaction because we add the exponents 2+1 and the reaction is second order with respect to NO2 and first order with respect to F2 however you would need to verify this experimentally
