In evap vs boiling comparision, it has been stated that: "since the pressure inside the liquid is equal to atmospheric pressure plus the liquid pressure" But, this would mean liquid p= atm p.+ liq p. which is wrong. Am i right? http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/kinetic/vappre.html

inside the liquid there are some balls of water vapour, well the pressure of the water vapour inside those balls is equal to the pressure of liquid at the position of the ball plus the atmospheric pressure. That is the boiling phenomenon
