Which of the following is not true of a covalent compound? It is made of only nonmetals. It has a very high melting point. It is formed when atoms share electrons in a chemical bond. It can also be called a molecule.

Which do you believe it is @Suspect

OpenStudy (misssunshinexxoxo):

Covalent or molecular compounds form when elements share electrons in a covalent bond to form molecules. Molecular compounds are electrically neutral. Ionic compounds are (usually) formed when a metal reacts with a nonmetal (or a polyatomic ion). Covalent compounds are formed when two nonmetals react with each other. http://www.angelo.edu/faculty/kboudrea/general/formulas_nomenclature/Formulas_Nomenclature.htm

"Because of the nature of ionic and covalent bonds, the materials produced by those ... This generally leads to low melting points for covalent solids" They are low melting points
