Yes you're correct: \[\frac{ d_1 \times d_2 }{ 2 } = \frac{ ( 10 + 20) \times (2 + 2) }{ 2 } = \frac{ 30 \times 4 }{ 2 } =\frac{ 120 }{ 2 } = 60ft^2\]
