1) convert the PEL (kWel) output to kJ/h, (kJ=kW x s) kilojoules = kilowatts × seconds 2) then calculate how many mol of H2 you need to produce that kJ (1molH2/237.1kJ), this is the theoretical value if the efficiency is 100%. 3) correct this value by the efficiency EEF% ( muliply by 100/EEF) , this is the real number moles of H2 that you need to produce the PEL. 4) calculate how many kg of oil you need to produce that amount of moles of H2 5) convert the kg of oil to m3 using the value of the density DEN . density= mass/volume. m3 = L and since you already in 1) converted the kW to kJ/h (be careful to use 3600s)
