How many moles of electrons are required to reduce one mole of oxygen gas (O2) to two moles of oxygen ions (O^2-)? 2 e- 4 e- 6 e- 8 e- Just checking, the answer would be 4e- right? Since O2--> O^-2. Charge of O2 is 0, charge of O^-2 would be -4
