For the second question, equation implies that catalase acts as the enzyme that facilitates the entire reaction to products. Therefore, catalase is ithe enzyme and H2O2 is the reactant, and what's on the left side of the equation we call products.

In terms of catalysts there are different forms as well. Enzymes are often inhibited by what's called competitive inhibitors that use up the enzymes identical to its intended reactants but non competitive reactants sort of change the enzymes from its base, rendering the competition null.

Oh by the way, substrate is the chemical that matches makeup of the enzyme in question. Substrate goes into fit the enzyme for which the enzyme is made.
