Argh this is confusing because they are held together by magnetic forces BUT electrons and neutrons also contribute to the overall magnetic charge of the atom... Basically, it's not A or D because: 1) Chemical bonds are formed between two compounds/molecules, they're not inside atomic bonds. 2)Physical change makes absolutely no sense. If I were you I would go with C, Magnetic bonds.

Well, electrons have a negative charge and neutrons have no charge; however, protons have a positive charge. Basically, every electron will be attracted to a proton; neutrons are only there to fill in the gaps. Therefore, there is no attraction between neutrons and electrons! So yes, Magnetic Attraction is right!
