For a pressure vs 1/volume graph, the pressure is proportional to 1/volume so it won't be a straight line. For a pressure volume graph it would be the opposite like a exponential function that starts off at a high value when the pressure is low on the x axis and then gets smaller as you increase x this case volume. For volume and temperature those two values will be proportional to one another hence a straight line. Do you understand why these relationships are like this?
