A sample of lead nitrate weighing 28 grams is added to a sample of potassium iodide weighing 12 grams. The two substances mix and produce lead iodide and potassium nitrate. If the lead iodide is found to weigh 14 grams how much should the potassium nitrate weigh? Answer -30 grams

Grams of reactants=grams of products That means the grams of the 2 compounds before a chemical reaction is equals to the 2 new compounds after.
