I've made up an example to try and explain what I need help with. the weight/volume concentration of Compound B is 23%, now you need to determine how many kg of Compound B are required to prepare a 65L solution?

I really just need help figuring out how use the 23% and determining the kg

I just want to see if i'm doing this correctly. Since the 23% is weight/volume would that mean 23 grams of Compound B for every 100mL solution?
