What precipitate is mostly likely to form from a solution containing \(Ba^{2+},\ Na^{+1}, \ OH^{-1}, CO_3^{-2}\)? I think it is BaCO3 but then Ba(OH)2 is also insoluble so i'm not sure.

Look at your solubility rules
And define what is reacting with what
\(\sf CO_3^{2-}\) is only soluble with Group \(\sf 1A\) and \(\sf NH_4^+\)

And because \(\sf Ba^{2+}\) is in group 2, that would make \(\sf BaCO_3\) a solid :)
