It's a dilution, \(\sf M_1V_1=M_2V_2\) \(\sf (0.314~M)*(5~mL)=M_2*(5~mL+125~mL)\) the final molarity is \(\sf M_2\)

oh right, sorry, i read the question as "diluted with exactly"
