I guess you need to work this out and see what the mechanism would be and how the electrons would go. of course a strong base will remove protons. but it's possible that it may remove all of them. I agree @Rushwr, I think that it's A. |dw:1444629556429:dw| |dw:1444629786785:dw| D. is out that would imply that the reaction didn't happen at all. i don't think it's C either. B. doesn't show us the whole story either.
