The patient is to be given 125 micro g of a medication per kg of body weight. The medication is available as a solution labeled 0.5387g medication per L of solution. The patient weighs 123.4 kg. What volume of this solution should be given to the patient?

1st you have to find the the mass of the medication for 123.4kg If they use 125 microgram per 1kg of body weight. so the medication for 123.4Kg is 125* 123.4 micrograms now convert the microgram to grams. Per litre of solution u have 0.5387g of medication. Now divide the converted grams by 0.5387g and u will get the litres of solution needed.
