Can someone help me with this? Identify the elements that are oxidized, and reduced, as well as the oxidizing or reducing agents H20 Fe+O2--->Fe2+ O3

OpenStudy (egaddindustries):

Ok, I'm going to explain to you oxidation & reduction, and let you decide. Both are inverse processes of the other, and occur when, to form a bond, one substance loses and electron, and the other substance gains a proton. Here's the oddity: the one that loses an electron is oxidized, while the ACCEPTOR gets REDUCED. This is because the charge goes from (I'm assuming) neutral to negative.
