Maybe B.... Because if you look at it, \[\frac{ 1 }{ 3 }\times \frac{ 3 }{ 5 }\] So 3's rule out so that's 1 x 1 = 1 and 1 x 5 = 5. So that means it's \[\frac{ 1 }{ 5 }\] . :)
