PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Part A: What is the approximate length of rod PR? Round your answer to the nearest hundredth. Explain how you found your answer stating the theorem you used. Show all your work. (5 points) Part B: The length of rod PR is adjusted to 18 feet. If width PQ remains the same, what is the approximate new height QR of the scaffold? Round your answer to the nearest hundredth. Show all your work.

i don't know how to do it but, just came here to say i love kpop too !!!!!!!!!!

YES!!!! @NeedyHelpy
@Hero
I believe you would need to use the Pythagorean theorem and solve for PR so if you use x for the length of PR the equation would be \[x ^{2}=9^{2}+12^{2}\] Then I would solve for x.
x^2=9^2+12^2 = 81 + 144 81^2
Just wandering. Should this: x^2=9^2+12^2 be x^2=9^2+14^2 where x = PR
Attached is the triangle I see with which the Pythagorean Theorem would be used. @Kpop4life123
