if the car is to move in a circle, it must accelerate. in this case, that means keeping the same speed but changing direction the centripetal force \(F_c\) that causes the car to accelerate in this way is \(F_c = \dfrac{m v^2}{r}\) it comes from the tyres. does that get you started?!?!
And don't forget that you need to also think which force is considered centripetal and equate the two forces. In other words, there is a certain force that causes the car's path to become circular. What is that force?
