Ca + H2O → Ca(OH)2 + H2 My Answer: Balanced Equation: Ca + 2 H2O → Ca(OH)2 + H2 The Math: 98.5 g Ca(OH)2 over 74.0932 g/mol times (1 over 1) times 40.0784 g/mol over 1.55 g/mL = 34.4 mL Calcium.
