What is 1 7/9 - 4/9?
1 7/9 - 4/9 has the same common denominator, so just subtract 7/9 - 4/9
You will still have 1 whole even after you subtract 7/9 - 4/9
So it would be 1 3/9
thank you
You're welcome, thank you for the medal <3
1 and 1/3 It should look like 1 1/3
Yep that's simplified
1 1/9 can be made smaller so it would be 1 1/3
*1 3/9
Oh thanks I meant to put that haha
But if you have to simplify than the answer is 1 1/3
Don't forget to close the question once yoour done :)
@Adrianna.Gongora I got 1 4/3
How did you get that?
I first changed 1 7/9 into a improper fraction: 16/9 Then subtracted 16/9 and 4/9 and got 12/9 Then simplified to 4/3 and divided to get 1 4/3 @Adrianna.Gongora
Eh so am I incorrect?
I just checked it your right :) I didn't think about doing it that way :) Good Job!
