cos(16 degrees)=
Well, you can just input this into a calculator? Or do you need so solve it without?
you can get the value of cos 16 using your calculator..
well it has to come out as a squareroot
and i dont have a calculator
an online calculator will do
Yeap, wolframalpha is a great tool online.
it is
it isnt showing any of the answers i need
anyone have a kik so that we could just do it over that possibly
Do you have any choices?
yes but i cant type them into the software
Well, \[cos(16degree)=0.9612617=\sqrt{0.9240241}\] Dont know if you can use that
no they all have a cos under the square root sign
Well, the only thing I can come up with is using Pythagoras theorem: \[a^2+b^2=c^2\] \[a=\sqrt{c^2-b^2}\] We know c=1 and b=sin(16degree) \[a=\sqrt{1^2-sin(16degree)^2}\]Maybe you can rewrite this into something, but I am not sure.
thanks i have more so
