its 215.5 micro grams
multiply dosage in \(\mu \text{g/kg}\) by body weight to get total amount of medication to be delivered. Then multiply that by the ratio of \(1 \text{ dL}/62.87\text{ mg}\) and any needed unit conversions to get the volume of solution in mL. Hint: you might find it easier to convert the \(1 \text{ dL}/62.87\text{ mg}\) to an equivalent value in \(\text{mL}/\mu\text{g}\) first, then use that in the multiplication.
