the \(l\) quantum number varies from \(0\) to \((n-1)\) the 2nd and 3rd options don't follow this rule and get eliminated the \(s\) quantum number can be either \(\large +\frac{1}{2}\) or \(\large -\frac{1}{2}\) this eliminates option 1 so we are left with option 4 which is the correct answer
