A) Slope is slope - in this case, the rate of change of grade with study time. (Where do *you* fall in this group, I wonder?) B) The correlation is sum[ (x - <x>)(y - <y>) ] / [(n-1) Sx Sy] where <x> and <y> are the means of the x and y data, and Sx and Sy are the standard deviations.

yeah i can look on yahoo.answers too to get that answer bud. First off A. is not an answer/ answer im looking for. Second I don't know what x, y and n are in that equation or else I would've just done it myself. Nice try but your no help @boldjon
