OpenStudy (maddisongruby):

Can some one walk me through Gas laws and help we with some problems?

OpenStudy (maddisongruby):

OpenStudy (maddisongruby):

@SeanStewart16

OpenStudy (rushwr):

Okai so for the first one There is no change of temperature mentioned, thus we consider the temperature to be constant. Therefore PV= constant. P1V1 = P2V2 So use that and take the answer !

OpenStudy (rushwr):

For the second one V1/T1 = V2/T2 Because pressure is constant !

OpenStudy (rushwr):

Third one the volume is kept constant , therefore P1/T1 = P2/T2

OpenStudy (rushwr):

4th one use the combines gas law ! ( as they have given

OpenStudy (rushwr):

5th one PV = nRT P pressure pascals V volume in Litres R universal gas constant T temperature in Kelvin ! Now substitute the values and get the answer !

OpenStudy (maddisongruby):

okay so i just plug in and make both sides equal?

OpenStudy (maddisongruby):

@Rushwr

OpenStudy (rushwr):

yep yep !
