Going off what I remember I think your correct on question 1 which is B as it splits into 3 ions.
For question 2 I believe with the increased molality there are more ions in solution which disrupts the ability for the solutions to form bonds to turn into a solid. From what I remember when molality is there is more ions in solution therefore more water molecules are attracted to the ions that dissociated in the solution so there will be less water molecules that are able to have enough energy to escape the surface of the water which results in a lower vapor pressure.
let me reword that
vapor pressure and freezing point increase when molality decreases
Its been a long time since I took chemistry. I think my reasoning is sound, but I'm not 100% positive.
