Help please did I get it? http://prntscr.com/ab9oal will medal!

OpenStudy (fluttershyk):

it looks correct to me

OpenStudy (ebayminer126):

Ok

563blackghost (563blackghost):

Your answer is incorrect.... \(\huge{4(4x+2y+x-y)}\) We combine like terms... \(\huge\color{orange}{4(5x+y)}\) So this is one way....To get another we would simplify..... So we distribute \(\large{4}\).... \(\huge\color{purple}{(4 \times 5x)+(4 \times y)}\) \(\huge{ ~~~~\downarrow~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~\downarrow}\) \(\huge\color{red}{~~~~~~~~20x+4y}\) Do you understand my process?

OpenStudy (ebayminer126):

Yes thanks can you help with one more? @563blackghost

563blackghost (563blackghost):

Sure ^^

OpenStudy (ebayminer126):

Ok http://prntscr.com/abadcj

563blackghost (563blackghost):

So is A your answer?

563blackghost (563blackghost):

If so your answer is incorrect... \(\huge{\frac {1}{3} x^{2} + 5.2y}\) So we know that \(\Large{x=3}\) and \(\Large{y=2}\) so we input... \(\Huge\frac{1}{3}{\color{red}{3}^{2}}+5.2{(\color{red}{2})}\) So simplify... \(\Huge\frac{1}{3}{\color{red}{9}+{\color{red}{10.4}}}\) Simplify some more... \(\Huge\color{red}{3+10.4}\) So what is your answer??

563blackghost (563blackghost):

@Ebayminer126

OpenStudy (ebayminer126):

13.4 @563blackghost

563blackghost (563blackghost):

Correct ^^
