im not really sure how to reword it. thats what the problem says. basically make up two events and call them A and B in which you are tossing a fair coin twice

Well, if you flip a coin twice, there are 4 possible combinations: TT, HH, TH, HT I can understand what disjoint means, and I'm assuming that the answer is TH and HT, but I'm unsure as to what the problem is referring to when they say non-independent events
