Show your work. But it should be clear from the diagram that 65 is far too large. Each of those squares on the grid is only one unit across... and there sure as hell isn't anywhere near 65 of them between those two points.
Might be a good idea to write out the Pythagorean Theorem and then make sure you're following it to the letter. Or, use the distance formula, which is a variation of the P. Theorem. In any case, please show your work if you want the most specific feedback.

Yes, you can read off from the graph the "rise" and "run" and use these lengths in the Pythagorean Theorem, to find the length of the hypotenuse.
