calculate mols of HC8H4O4 in 3.00 mL aliquot.

a student withdraws 3.00 mL of supernate from a saturated solution of KHP at room temperature. This sample was titrated to phenolphthalein endpoint of 12.85 mL of 0.0997 M NaOH was required.

I'm just not sure how to calculate the mols of HC8H4O4 given the mL. And secondly, the question asks for the solubility of HC8H4O4 or the [HC8H4O4]equil. because I am eventually supposed to solve for Ksp. I know how to solve for Ksp. I just don't know how to find the values to get to that point.
