Lets state what an isosceles triangle is first....We know that two sides are only equal.... Now acute triangles are triangles that don't have angles that exceed 90 degrees... Do you agree?

I thought the definition would be 2 sides equal but 3 would be acceptable.
Great :) Now since only two sides can be equal that would mean that only two angles can be the same but have to be all have to be less then 90 degrees but still all equal 180 degrees....

Here's what wikipedia says : has two sides of equal length. Sometimes it is specified as having two and only two sides of equal length, and sometimes as having at least two sides of equal length, the latter version thus including the equilateral triangle as a special case.

that would mean that a 60-60-60 triangle is an exception to this rule right @wolf1728 and np ^^
in other words a 60 60 60 traiangle would be a special case of an isosceles triangle.
